is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person;

Further,

You agree not to use the Justice Mirror portal in a manner that is unlawful or prohibited by these TOU or the laws of the land.
You shall not use the services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Justice Mirror portal servers, or the networks connected to this site, or interfere in any manner with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any services.
